MSDC recently hosted another engaging Coffee & Community session featuring Jess Owens, Graphic Designer.

Jess shared insights into the world of graphic design and explained how visuals help tell stories, connect with audiences, and communicate messages clearly. Participants learned about the many mediums designers work in, including printed pieces, digital graphics, signage, and billboards.

The group also had a great discussion about color and meaning. Jess explained how colors can influence emotions, represent ideas, and strengthen messaging.

Our participants asked thoughtful questions and enjoyed learning more about the creative field of design.
