2025 was a year of firsts at Marshall-Starke Development Center. We completed our transition away from sub-minimum wage, opened new doors to community employment, launched new programs, and — for the first time in our history — we are proud to say: our brand new website and 2025 Annual Report are both live and online. This is your invitation to see what your support has made possible.
Every page of that report represents a real person — a child who walked into kindergarten ready, an adult who landed their first job, a resident who came home to a place that finally felt like their own. For 60 years, this community has made those moments possible. We are asking you to make the next 60 possible too.
